Roasted Bacon Brussels Sprouts
I totally click baited with you by adding Bacon to the recipe title. ;) Because, who the hell doesn't love bacon?
When cooking Brussels Sprouts in the oven you'll get more of a sweet nutty flavor so pairing the taste of salty bacon gives your dish a pop of flavor that all of your guests will enjoy! Start by putting either slices of bacon that you'll chop later or bacon bits into a cast-iron pan, cook until crispy. While your bacon is cooking prep your Brussels Sprouts by thoroughly washing them, then trim, remove outer shell and half each sprout.
Combine the Brussels sprouts, Bacon, and addition ingredients into a bowl and mix. Transfer your mix to an oven safe pan and cook in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10minutes, flip and continue to cook until crispy.

- 3 pieces of bacon or you can use bacon bits
- 1/2c low sodium chicken stock
- Salt and Pepper
